Upcoming Game Releases to Look Out for in South Africa
An exclusive is a game you can only play on one console brand. Sometimes the deal is permanent, and sometimes it lasts a year or two before the game reaches other platforms.
For local gamers this affects what you buy first. Check the box or the store page before you pay, and ask our team if you are unsure which console suits the games you want.
What to check before buying
Exclusive does not always mean forever
Many big titles stay on one console for a set period only. If you can wait, the game often turns up on PC or another console later, sometimes at a lower price.
Buy the console for the games you will actually play, not for the ones you might.
Our team at Gamedorp can show you which games are exclusive today and which are coming to more platforms.
