Description

COPPER POT STYLE

This gin is distilled in a copper pot still with juniper, citrus peel and a touch of coriander. It has a clean, bright nose and a dry finish.

At 43% alcohol in a 750 ml bottle, it makes a classic gin and tonic, or try it with soda and a slice of grapefruit.

CLEAN AND DRY

Serve this gin over ice with tonic and a sprig of rosemary, or try it neat to taste the juniper and citrus properly. It also works well in a classic martini if you prefer something drier.

  • 65% Polyester, 23% Elastane
  • Juniper and citrus peel
  • Minceptos pri 187cm/3'1.3" tall
  • Distilled slowly in copper pots

TASTING NOTES

Expect a warm, rounded character with a touch of spice on the finish. This is a bottle for sipping slowly, not mixing into something sweet.

Serving suggestion

  • Pour neat or over one large ice cube
  • Let it sit for a minute before the first sip
  • Keep the bottle upright and out of direct sun

Once opened, store it in a cool, dark cupboard and it will hold its character for months. Share it with someone who will appreciate the effort that went into it.
