A proper seat for your home bar
A proper home bar needs a proper seat. A good bar stool sits at the right height for the counter, has a footrest so your legs are not dangling, and is easy to move when friends come round. Simple, sturdy and comfortable for a long evening.
We put stools by our tasting counter because our own team needed them. Comfortable, light, and they tuck under any counter.
Why it matters
A chair that supports your back lets you relax properly and actually enjoy the pour.
Ask us which bottles work best for a slow evening and we will point you in the right direction.
Start with a surface at the right height so you are not hunched over your glass after a day already spent hunched over a keyboard. A small shelf, two sturdy stools and a dim lamp go a long way. Keep your everyday bottles within reach and save the special ones for when friends come round. Comfort first, everything else follows.
Keep it simple
We use it daily behind the counter at Kelderflask, between pouring tastings and checking orders. It holds up well and does not wobble on tile or wood floors.
A good seat matters more than people think when you are on your feet all day. This one earns its place in our shop.
