Hill Country Single Malt is matured in used bourbon casks for a mellow, honeyed character. It works well as a sipping whiskey, with a soft finish that does not bite.
We picked this one because it drinks easy without losing the depth you want from a single malt.
Pour it neat or with a splash of water to open up the vanilla and dried fruit notes. One 750 ml bottle at 43% alcohol.
