Made in small batches for better control over taste, this Irish whiskey is triple distilled and aged for extra smoothness. Each batch is tasted before it leaves the still.
Small batches mean more care in every bottle we pour.
Expect notes of vanilla, toffee and a little spice. Comes in a 750ml bottle, lovely on its own or over ice.

TASTING NOTES
Expect a warm, rounded character with a touch of spice on the finish. This is a bottle for sipping slowly, not mixing into something sweet.
Serving suggestion
- Pour neat or over one large ice cube
- Let it sit for a minute before the first sip
- Keep the bottle upright and out of direct sun
