Description
Backup Power That Outlasts Load-Shedding
The Remax Landon RPP-296 is a 20000 mAh power bank for people who cannot afford a flat phone. When the lights go off, it keeps your phone, earbuds and other small USB devices going, and often more than one device at a time. A full charge of the bank gives most phones several top-ups, so it covers a long weekend away, a day at a festival or a week of load-shedding at home. The shell is solid and fits in a handbag. At R499 it is easy to keep one in the car too.
Big Capacity
Twenty thousand milliamp hours is enough to charge a typical phone several times over before the bank needs a recharge. Plug it in when the power is on and it will be ready for the next outage.
One Bank for the Family
Share it around. Charge your phone and a partner's at once, then top up earbuds or a smartwatch before school, work or a long drive out of town.
Charge the power bank fully before you use it for the first time, using a good quality wall charger and cable. Recharging a bank this size takes a few hours, so plug it in overnight when your area is not on the schedule. Keep it out of hot cars and direct sunlight, and never cover it with a blanket while it charges. If you do not use it for a while, top it up every couple of months so the battery stays healthy. Real charge counts depend on your phone's battery size and on the cable you use, so treat any number as a guide.
Power bank capacity is rated at the battery cells. Some energy is always lost as heat when charging a phone, so the usable output is lower than 20000 mAh. This is normal and happens with every power bank on the market today.
Airlines usually allow a power bank of this size in hand luggage only, not in checked bags, so pack it in your carry-on.
It comes new and sealed with the Remax warranty, plus 30-day returns if the box is unopened.
