Gift giving in December can feel like a lot of work. At Geskenkhuis we pack hampers for families, friends and teams across Pinetown and Durban, and most orders take only a short chat. Tell us who the gift is for and roughly what you want to spend. We suggest a mix of treats and homeware, then pack it all in a sturdy box with tissue and ribbon.

Most hampers go out within two working days. If you need something for a specific date, say so when you order and we will plan around it. Handwritten cards are free, and we are happy to add your own message. Small touches like these are what people remember long after the last mince pie is gone.

Coffee lovers are easy to please if you pack the right things. We start with a bag of freshly roasted beans from a local roaster, then add a plunger or a mug. A few biscotti or a slab of dark chocolate finish the box nicely.

For something more festive, we tuck in a small jar of preserve and a tea towel for the kitchen. Everything fits in a kraft box tied with string. It is simple, generous and ready to hand over. Prices start at R350 and we can add a card with your message on request.

Our gift bags and sacks are a good way to wrap things that do not fit in a box. The hessian bags are sturdy and can be used again for next year. Fill them with a stocking, a bauble and a few treats and tie them with a ribbon. Customers tell us the bags often end up under the tree for years.

Delivery is simple. Orders in Pinetown, Westville and Durban usually arrive within two working days, and we courier further afield across South Africa. You will get a message once your parcel is on its way. If someone needs to sign for it, tell us at checkout and we will add a note for the driver so nothing is missed.
