Getting your shoe size right when ordering online
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel to the wall and mark the longest toe, then measure in centimetres. Do it late in the day when your feet are at their largest. Compare that against the insole length on the product page rather than trusting the UK number, because lasts differ between makers.
Between two sizes, take the larger. Leather gives across the width as it wears in, but it never gives in length.
