Learning on Your Phone with Little Data

Data is expensive, and many of our students study on a phone. You can still finish a course without spending a fortune. Download lessons at home, at work or at a library with free wifi, then watch them later offline. Choose the low quality video setting when you must use mobile data.

Download before you study

Set aside one evening a week to download your next lessons on wifi. Save the PDF notes too. Then you can study during load shedding or on the taxi without using any data.

  1. Good article for teachers. The advice on moving lessons online is clear and easy to follow. I will try it with my Grade 9 learners.

  2. Helpful read for students and lecturers alike. The points on mobile learning in our schools matched what I see every day. Well done.
