Member Conduct: You agree to use our studio and website for lawful purposes only. Please treat coaches, staff and other members with respect, and follow the gym rules and safety instructions. Do not disrupt classes or the training of other members.

Health and Safety: Please tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before you train. Training carries some risk, and you take part at your own risk. Our programmes do not replace advice from your doctor.
