Most of us left school with questions we never asked. How do I choose a career? Why does this subject matter? Where can I learn a practical skill that pays?
Online courses give you a second chance to ask. You can replay a lesson, send a question to the instructor and learn at your own pace, even after a full day at work.
There is no silly question. The only silly thing is staying confused to avoid asking. Thandiwe Mokoena, UX Design InstructorWrite your questions down before you start a course. Check them off as you learn, and send the rest to your instructor. You will be surprised how much clearer things become.
Questions worth asking your instructor
Ask what you will be able to do when the course ends. Ask how long it really takes and what tools you need. Clear answers help you decide if the course fits your goals and budget.
Why asking early saves time
A small doubt in lesson one can grow into a big gap by lesson ten. Speak up early, and your instructor can point you to the right notes before you lose confidence.
