Questions to Ask Before You Buy an Online Course

Most of us left school with questions we never asked. How do I choose a career? Why does this subject matter? Where can I learn a practical skill that pays? Online courses give you a second chance to ask. You can replay a lesson, send a question to the instructor and learn at your own pace, even after a full day at work.

Questions worth asking your instructor

Ask what you will be able to do when the course ends. Ask how long it really takes and what tools you need. Clear answers help you decide if the course fits your goals and budget.

Why asking early saves time

A small doubt in lesson one can grow into a big gap by lesson ten. Speak up early, and your instructor can point you to the right notes before you lose confidence.

  1. Helpful read for teachers. The tips on planning lessons and recording them at home are practical, and I will share this with my colleagues in Fourways.

  2. Good insights on teaching online. Many of us struggle with data costs, so the advice here is very welcome. Well done to the whole team.
