This course teaches design thinking for teams building products in South Africa. Thandiwe Mokoena shows you how to talk to real users, find the problem worth solving and test ideas before spending money on them. You work on a class project from start to finish, using examples from local apps, shops and taxi ranks. By the end you have a clear brief, simple prototypes and a method you can take back to your own team.
