Study Methods That Help You Remember More

Remembering more starts with how you study, not how long. Close your notes and write down what you can recall. Then check what you missed. This simple habit beats reading the same page three times. Space your revision over several days. A short review the next morning, then again after a weekend, keeps facts fresh.

In our self-paced courses, every lesson ends with a short quiz for this reason. Use it, then redo it a few days later and see how much has stayed with you.

Use active recall

After each lesson, close the screen and explain the main idea out loud, as if teaching a friend. Where you get stuck is where you need to go back and revise.

Rest and sleep matter

Your brain stores new facts while you sleep. Study in short blocks of 25 minutes, take a break, and avoid late-night cramming before a quiz or exam.
