Allergies and how to tell us

If you have an allergy, please tell us when you order. Add a note at checkout or call the shop directly, do not rely on a general comment left for the driver only.

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and shellfish in the same space, so we cannot promise a completely allergen free meal, but we can take extra care and keep certain items apart when we know in advance.

5. Eva Solo: Danish Furnishing Accessories

Tell us what you are allergic to in plain words. Saying "allergic to peanuts" is clearer than "no nuts please". The clearer the note, the easier it is for the kitchen to double check your order before it leaves.

We would rather you ask twice than not ask at all.

Once we know, we flag the order in the kitchen and pack it apart from other orders being made at the same time.

We take allergy information seriously. Every note you leave is read by the person preparing your order, not just logged and forgotten, because a missed allergy is not a mistake we are willing to make.

4. Magisso Finnish Design Movement

You can tell us about an allergy in the notes field at checkout, or by phone before the order is confirmed. Either way works, we just need it before the food goes into the fryer.

From there, your order gets a clear label in the kitchen so whoever is cooking knows to keep it away from the ingredient you listed.

Allergies are not an inconvenience to us. They are information we need, and the sooner you share it, the better we can look after you.

Even with care taken, our kitchen is not allergen free. Nuts, gluten, dairy and shellfish are all prepared in the same space, so if your allergy is severe, please weigh that up before ordering.

3. Rƶshults Svenska Hantverk

Letting us know about an allergy only takes a moment. A short note when you order, such as "gluten allergy, please check the bun", is all we need to flag your order in the kitchen.

Gluten is one of the allergens we handle most often, mostly in buns, wraps and pizza bases.

We also note regular customers with allergies on file, so if you order from us often we already have it before you ask. New to us? Just mention it once and we will remember for next time.

A note about allergies helps everyone, the kitchen, the rider and you. It takes a few seconds to add and it means your order gets handled the way it should be from the first step to the last.

2. Alessi: the Italian Factory of Design

If you are ordering for someone else, like a child or a colleague, please pass on their allergy information too. We would rather have the detail from you than find out after the food has left the kitchen.

We would rather answer one extra question about an ingredient than get it wrong. Ask us anything before you order, we are happy to check.

Thank you for telling us early. It makes a real difference and it is the single best way to help us get your order right.

Allergy notes go straight to whoever is cooking that day, not into a form nobody reads. If anything is unclear, we will call you back before we start on your order.

1. Leolux Design Furniture

Checking for allergies takes a little extra time in the kitchen, and we think that time is worth it. A few seconds reading your note can save you a bad reaction and save us a refund.

Ask early, ask plainly, and we will do the rest.

If you ever have a reaction or think something was missed, tell us straight away so we can look into it and make sure it does not happen again.
