A REAL KOTA
Our kota is a quarter loaf filled with chips, a beef patty, a slice of cheese and a fried egg, finished with atchar. It is wrapped tight in foil to keep it hot and hold its shape.
We build each kota to order, not ahead of time, so the bread does not go soft before it reaches you.
HOW IT'S MADE
We start with a quarter loaf, hollow it out and layer in chips, beef patty, cheese, egg and atchar. Everything goes in while it is still hot, then we wrap it so it travels well.
