EGG PASTA NESTS
Pappardelle made with free-range egg, pressed into nests and dried slowly for a firm bite. Each pack weighs 500g, enough for four servings. Boil for seven to eight minutes and toss with a buttery or tomato sauce.
Made from durum wheat semolina and egg only, with no preservatives added. Keeps well in a cool, dry cupboard for up to a year unopened.
EASY TO COOK
Bring a big pot of salted water to the boil and drop the nests in gently so they do not break apart. Seven to eight minutes gives a firm, silky bite that holds a sauce without turning mushy.
