Rent needs to be collected, maintenance arranged, inspections done and tenant queries answered, sometimes late at night. Our property management service covers tenant placement, rent collection, monthly statements, routine inspections and repairs through vetted contractors. Deposits are held in an interest-bearing account, as the Rental Housing Act requires. You stay informed about your property and approve larger expenses, while we handle the day-to-day work and keep proper records.
