Selling

How we value your property

Every seller hopes for the highest possible price, but an asking price that is too ambitious can leave a property sitting on the market for months. A realistic valuation starts with recent comparable sales in your street and suburb, then adjusts for size, condition, views, parking and any improvements you have made since buying. Location within a suburb matters as much as the suburb itself.

We also consider what buyers are looking for right now and how many similar homes are listed nearby. You receive a written market assessment showing the sales we used and how we reached our recommended price range. It is your decision in the end, but clear evidence makes it easier to price with confidence.
