Data is expensive, so every megabyte counts. The good news is that you can finish a full course on your phone without spending much if you plan a little. Start by checking how big each lesson is before you press play.

Use your Wi-Fi to save lessons and notes, switch video to the lowest quality and keep night data bundles for longer sessions. Close other apps while you study so updates do not eat your bundle. Small habits like these add up to real savings by month end.

Save your lessons while you are on Wi-Fi at work, at a library or at a friend’s place. Then you can watch on the train, in a queue or during a power cut without touching your data bundle.

Keep your phone ready to learn

Turn off automatic app updates, clear old photos and keep a power bank close. A phone with free space and a full battery makes it much easier to finish a lesson in one sitting.
