Pro Power in a New Body
Apple launched the iPhone 17 Pro in September 2025 with its biggest redesign in years. Instead of titanium, the body is now a single piece of forged aluminium, which spreads heat much better. Inside it sits a vapour chamber cooling system, so the A19 Pro chip can run hard during long gaming sessions or 4K video recording without slowing down. A wide camera plateau holds three 48MP cameras, including a telephoto lens that reaches further than before. The front uses Ceramic Shield 2, and the back glass is tougher too.
Unibody Design
The aluminium unibody looks and feels different from any Pro model before it. It is built to stay cool, to last and to fit more battery inside. Choose from Gray, Green, Pink, White or Yellow when you order.
Make the Action Button Yours
The Action button does whatever you tell it to. Set it once in Settings, then press and hold to start your favourite shortcut from any screen.
For creators, the iPhone 17 Pro records ProRes RAW and supports professional features that used to need a dedicated camera. The 18MP Center Stage front camera lets you shoot wide selfies without turning the phone. Battery life is noticeably better, so a full day of Uber, WhatsApp, photos and streaming is realistic, and a long evening of load-shedding is less stressful. The phone is splash, water and dust resistant, but that resistance weakens with normal wear, and liquid damage is not covered by warranty. Never charge the phone while it is wet, and let the port dry out first.
Display size is measured diagonally as if the screen were a perfect rectangle. Because the corners are rounded and there is a Dynamic Island cutout at the top, the viewing area is slightly smaller. The size in our options is our store filter group.
Every iPhone 17 Pro we sell is new, sealed and covered by full South African warranty.
Joltbox is an independent retailer. Delivery is free on all orders over R5,000 anywhere in South Africa, usually within 2 to 4 working days.
