Description
Unfold a Bigger Screen Instantly
The Samsung Galaxy Fold7 is the thinnest and lightest book style foldable Samsung has made so far. Closed, it feels close to a regular phone in your pocket, with a wide cover screen for quick WhatsApp replies. Open it and you get a large tablet sized display for spreadsheets, maps, online banking or a series on the train. Samsung also moved the main camera up to a 200MP sensor, like its top Ultra phones. Galaxy AI features are built in, and a flagship Snapdragon chip keeps everything quick and cool under pressure.
Slimmer Build
The hinge has been redesigned to close flatter with a less visible crease. The frame is strong aluminium, and the phone is rated to resist water, so a little rain on the walk to work is no drama.
Galaxy AI on a Big Screen
The inner display gives Samsung's AI tools room to shine. Drag text between two apps, circle anything to search it, or split the screen into three windows.
Foldables need a little more care than a normal phone. Keep the inner screen away from sharp objects, and avoid pressing hard on it with nails or pens. The factory screen protector on the inside is part of the display, so do not peel it off, since that can void cover. Sand at the beach is worth avoiding too, because grit in the hinge area can cause damage over time. At R40,699 it is a serious purchase, so we offer card, EFT and instalment options. Delivery is free because the order is over R5,000, and Cape Town customers can collect it the same day.
The inner screen measures around eight inches when fully open, and the cover screen is similar to a large standard phone. Both are measured diagonally, and the rounded corners and the camera cut out make the usable area a bit smaller.
Our Galaxy Fold7 stock is new and sealed, with full South African warranty and 30-day unopened returns.
Colours on screen may differ slightly, so feel free to ask us for real photos on WhatsApp at 082 555 0142.
