How Adults Learn Faster and Remember More

Adults rarely forget a skill because they are slow. They forget because the training was too long and never used. Our trainers in Bryanston keep sessions short and practical. People remember more when they try the skill on a real task the same week.

Space the learning out. A short review after three days and again after two weeks helps far more than one long day. Ask each person to teach one idea back to a colleague.

Link new ideas to real work

Adults learn best when the lesson solves a problem they have today. Use examples from your own office, such as a tricky client call or a messy report. Then the skill has a place to land.

Practise a little, often

Ten minutes of practice each day beats one long workshop. Set small tasks, give quick feedback and let people try again. Within a few weeks, most teams see the new habit become normal.
