How to Turn Training into Better Team Results

Training only pays off when people use it on Monday morning. At Kantoorkuns Training we see the best results when a manager sets one clear goal before the course starts and checks in two weeks after.
Start small. Pick one skill, such as giving feedback or running a short meeting, and practise it with your team.
Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. Malcolm XThen measure what changed: fewer complaints, faster reports, calmer meetings. Share the wins with your team so the habit sticks.
How to build skills that last
Skills stick when people use them straight away. Give staff time to practise during the week, not only in the training room. Ask them to teach one idea to a colleague, and keep a short list of questions for the next session with the trainer.
What better training does for a team
A trained team makes fewer mistakes and needs less hand-holding. Customers notice the difference, and managers get time back to plan. Many of our clients in Johannesburg tell us the biggest change is confidence: people speak up sooner and solve problems before they grow.
