Every company with a skills levy to manage needs a Workplace Skills Plan, and it is due on 30 April. Planning early makes the work far easier.
Start by listing the skills each department needs this year. Then match staff to courses and set a budget. Ask managers for input before you submit anything.
A good plan starts with a real conversation about what your people need. Sipho NdlovuOur team in Bryanston can help you match courses to your plan and gather the documents your SETA expects. Begin in February and you will not be rushing in April.
Start with the team’s needs
Before booking training, speak to team leaders about gaps they see. HR managers can then choose a course that fits real work, such as sales, customer service or Excel for the office.
Book with confidence
