Why Sleep Matters as Much as Your Workouts

Good training is about the whole person, not only the gym floor. At FiksFabriek we look at your food, your sleep, your stress and your movement together. A strong lift means little if you are exhausted and skipping meals. Start by fixing one thing. Maybe it is drinking more water, or going to bed thirty minutes earlier.

Once that feels normal, add the next small change. Our coaches in Bellville will walk you through each step, so you never feel lost or rushed.

How to balance food, rest and training

Eat a protein source at every meal, sleep seven to eight hours and train three or four times a week. Take one full rest day. If you feel sore for days or your mood drops, ease off and ask your coach to adjust your plan.

The positive power of small habits

A ten minute walk after supper, a glass of water when you wake up and a proper warm up before lifting all add up. Within a month most members notice better energy and steadier progress in their sessions.
