Getting Teens Fit Before Matric Exams

Matric exams mean long hours of sitting, stress and late nights. Training two or three times a week helps teens sleep better and think clearly. Short sessions work well. Start with bodyweight basics, a skipping rope and a walk. Our coaches teach teens to warm up and move safely.

Start with simple movement

Matric stress is real, and sitting for hours does not help. Even 30 minutes of skipping, bodyweight circuits or a brisk walk before study time clears the head. Keep it fun and keep it regular.

Why fit teens study better

Regular exercise improves sleep, mood and focus. Our teen sessions in Bellville are coached by Ayanda Dlamini and built around school timetables, so training never fights with homework or exam week.
