An online fitness programme can work very well, but only if you treat it like a booked appointment. Many of our members follow programmes from home in Durbanville, Parow and Kuils River.
Block out your training times in your calendar and set your clothes out the night before. Fatima Hendricks, our Online Programme Coach, asks every new client to send a short check-in each week.
The best programme is the one you actually finish. Keep it simple and keep showing up. Fatima Hendricks, Online Programme CoachFilm one set of each lift so we can check your form. Log your sessions and tell us when something feels off. We will adjust the plan to fit your week.
How to set up your training space
You do not need much. A clear patch of floor, a mat, a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell and a phone to follow your videos will do. Keep your kit in one spot so you are not hunting for it at six in the morning.
How to stay accountable online
Message your coach after every session, even if it was a poor one. Train with a friend over a video call or share your week in our member group. Small check-ins keep you honest and make it easier to push through the weeks when motivation dips.
