Short online courses are a good way to test a field before you commit to a full qualification. Johan Botha, our Short Course Coordinator, sees many working adults start this way.
Check who recognises the certificate and what support you get.
Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. Malcolm XSome of our short courses, like Digital Marketing Fundamentals, are free to join. Others, like Content Writing for Marketing and Media, cost R2,450 and include lecturer feedback on your assignments.
Ask what the course really costs
Free does not always mean free of effort. Find out the weekly time needed, whether there are data costs, and if a certificate is issued. Our Short Course Enrolments team answers these questions before you pay anything.
Choose a course that leads somewhere
Pick something that links to your work or a future diploma. Credits from some of our short courses can count towards a diploma later, so your effort keeps its value.
